Nicely structured progression with fresh sensations reflecting the nose: cantaloupe, papaya, Golden Delicious apples, apricots and sage. Citrussy notes returns in the lingering, tangy finish. Particularly suitable for fish dishes, shellfish hors d’oeuvres, risottos and vegetable flans.
