The 2022 Avni Chardonnay is a complex wine with aromas of mineral, citrus, white flowers, and spice, featuring nuances of lemon peel, green apple, river stone, pear, and quince. Sourced from vineyards on shallow volcanic soils, it underwent whole cluster pressing, wild yeast barrel fermentation, and aging sur lie and in tanks with lees for 11 months.
