The Spur 2015 is crafted from a Cabernet Sauvignon foundation, but also includes Petite Sirah, which brings a distinctively Livermore Valley expression to the wine. Each varietal is farmed, harvested, and handcrafted individually to achieve their greatest expression. This vintage features aromas of ripe blueberry and blackberry, dried cherry, sweet vanilla spice, all-spice and clove. Highlighted by a smooth and rich mouthfeel, this wine is wonderfully in balance with intriguing finesse and complexity.
Blend: 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Petite Sirah, 18% Merlot, 8% Petit Verdot, 6% Cabernet Franc
