wine of the week
Wines for the Holidays
Each week from Thanksgiving to Christmas, we’re doing 2 wines, one red, one white, that are perfect for your holiday parties!
E. Guigal Cotes du Rhone White
A white wine which will seduce thanks to the blend of grape varieties and its qualities which are as numerous as its famous red cousin’s! Connoisseurs will recognise the dominant presence of Viognier.
Cote des Roses Art Bottle
Rosé for the last warm week of the year, possibly? Embrace summer's last gasp and drink some phenomenal rosé from Bertrand this week!
Fleurs de Prairie Rosé
A pale salmon color, with delicate flavors of red fruit and lemon, and a subtle note of tropical fruits on the finish. Its bright, refreshing acidity makes it a perfect companion with a meal or as an aperitif.
M. Chapoutier Belleruche CDR Blanc
The blend is 60% Roussanne, 20% Viognier, and the rest Grenache Blanc and Clairette.
Trimbach Pinot Blanc
Pale yellow color with green reflections. Concentrated aromas of white flowers and apricots. Smooth, medium-bodied with crisp acidity.
La Jolie Fleur Rosé
The South of France has long captured the attention, from sunny coastal villages overlooking the azure waters of the Mediterranean Sea to the majestic alpine mountains covered with fragrant wildflowers and herbs.
La Jolie Fleur, meaning “the pretty flower”, captures the essence of this remarkable region with a delicate, flavorful expression of the South of France.
