Non-Vintage, Spain
A dry and refreshing Sparkling with delicate bubbles. Made in the traditional method from the classic Cava grapes by historic Spanish producer Raventós i Blanc. A lovely pale lemon in color, it’s nearly as low in residual sugar as a brut nature, with ample fresh acidity; enhancing the overall profile of green and yellow citrus and yellow apple are hints of flowers and nutshell on the finish.
