Early ripening, it is dry, well balanced, supple and thirst-quenching. Pinot Blanc excels in a friendly approach to Alsace wines: as an aperitif, at banquets, receptions or light meals. Pale yellow color with green reflections. Concentrated aromas of white flowers and apricots. Smooth, medium-bodied with crisp acidity. Pair with tartes flambées, shellfish, fried calamaries, pies, cold cuts, warm evenings on the patio.
